Refund policy
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, so we can address the issue and resolve it appropriately.
If your order does not have any of these issues, don’t worry! You can still return your items in their original condition for any reason within 14 days and receive a refund, minus shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as used items or gift cards.If you have any questions about a specific item, please get in touch with us.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
